So many of our family in Austin, and Charlotte, have recently built, and while they have nice homes (not Classica nice), the experience was slow, poor communications, frustrating etc. Ours has been the opposite.

The process of designing and building our Classica Home was fun, exciting and easy. The act of living in our new home is a joy every day.  As I sit at our beautiful island enjoying my morning coffee, every day, I am grateful for all of the hard work the builder, tradespeople and warranty workers put in to make it possible. P.S. My pantry is the bomb.  

I have been in the construction industry for over 20 years, I own a large successful construction company. I am asked all the time why I didn't just build for myself and save the money. This is our second build with Classica however, the circumstances are different. Our first build we were out of state ... for this build we were minutes away and came out to our home site every weekend. Blake was amazing and never showed the least bit of annoyance when I would call him every Monday. Blake was wonderful to work with and was always very patient.

We had a wonderful design experience with Lisa. I loved being able to come to the design center as much as we needed to until we got the house design complete. It was nice not to feel pressure of a certain time limit to get it all done. Lisa made it lots of fun and so enjoyable.

We always felt in the loop and understood what was going on -- great communication. . . Really, building the home with Classica is just about the easiest thing we've done!”  

We are big Classica fans; as this is our second build. We LOVE our new home and are very happy. There are always a few hiccups with any build process but we always felt/feel confident that things will be handled.

Jon has been "Johnny on the spot" whenever we call. We tried hard to not be a nuisance and call too often, but as out of state buyers, we were really relying on the confidence we have in our builder to let us feel comfortable. He too evokes confidence with his expertise and his excellent customer service. Jon always listens carefully, responds with solutions in mind, and has been very consistent throughout. He has managed the project smoother, and more efficiently than any build experience a coworker, friend, or family has recounted to us. He helped deliver the home not only on time (which was huge when selling in IL and lining up close dates) but early!

Not everything was perfect but so far the warranty process has been excellent as in our first build. Whenever I submit an item, I receive an e-mail from Dave the same day and within a day or two the trade partners reach out. One of the features that I believe sets Classica apart from other builders is that peace of mind with the warranty process. Once you move in you notice things that perhaps were not apparent on the final inspection. The fact that Classica stands behind the build and wants their customers to be completely happy is apparent throughout the build process.

The eye Jon has for details and what feels like an unrelenting commitment to excellence and getting each and every detail right is really impressive and has caused us to view Classica in the highest regard. He is also a great personality to be around. We appreciate a sense of humor and care and concern for our experience with our home.

We could not be more pleased with Classica Homes. Steve Augustine is an absolute pleasure to work with and is bar far the best Project Manager we have experienced in the 6 homes that I’ve built.
